Testo has over 50 years of experience in the design, development and manufacture of portable instrumentation and sensors. Building on this experience Testo Inc. has a complete service and calibration dept dedicated to helping you maintain your instruments in peak wording order. Our technicians are highly trained and dedicated to providing the quality service that is expected when you purchase quality instruments.

Calibrations

All Testo calibration standards are traceable to the NIST to provide the highest accuracy and confidence in your Testo instrument. We also use EPA protocol test gases when calibrating your gas analyzers so that these parameters are also of the highest reliability and accuracy.

Returns for Service or Calibration

To keep your instrument in peak working order and to guarantee its continued accuracy, periodic calibrations and/or service is often required. The process we use is very simple:

1. Package your equipment and be sure to include a document with your company name, address, phone number, fax number and email along with a description of the work  that is required or the problems you are having.
2. Ship the box to our address below.
3. Once the box is received, the instrument will be evaluated by our technicians and you will be contacted by our service dept with an estimate of cost.
4. Upon approval your instrument will be shipped back to you.

Instruments are normally quoted within 2-3 days after receipt and shipped out within 1-2 days after approval.
